The miracle produced the oil, but stewardship turned it into a future. Don't stop seeking GOD the moment you get your breakthrough! In Episode 5 of our series in 2 Kings 4, John Giftah unpacks a critical, often-overlooked moment in the story of the widow and the prophet Elisha. After all the empty jars were supernaturally filled with oil, the widow could have easily relied on her own logic, rushed into the marketplace, and sold it her own way. Instead, verse 7 reveals something profound: she went back to the man of GOD. She sought a second instruction: "What do I do now?" Too many believers seek the LORD only when they are desperate or drowning in a crisis. The minute the miracle happens, the business launches, the debt clears, or the idea starts working, they switch into spiritual autopilot. But Scripture reminds us in Proverbs 3:5–6 to acknowledge GOD in all our ways—not just at the starting line, but at every single step. Discover why divine multiplication requires ongoing stewardship, why GOD rarely gives you finished chairs when He can give you a forest to build with Him, and why checking back in with the LORD for your "second appointment" is what preserves your future in JESUS CHRIST. 🔥 Key Takeaways in this Episode: The Second Appointment Principle: Why going back to GOD after the miracle is just as vital as seeking Him during the crisis. Breaking Autopilot Mode: How to avoid relying on what worked yesterday instead of listening to what the LORD is speaking today. The Chair vs. The Forest: Why GOD provides raw resources and multiplication that require divine partnership and wisdom to manage. Sustainable Blessings: Moving beyond immediate debt relief into generational sustenance for you and your family in JESUS CHRIST.
